Maybe it got delayed like the last one but PG said nothing on twitter about it yet.
Or maybe it's just harder to crack.
Or maybe TK needs the release notes first to be able to crack it

Actually, the update is available on steam since at least a week. The only thing still missing are release notes
To everyone who's still waiting:
Turns out there's no need for further updates. This is actually the last one (PG and Turn10 will now focus on FH5) and the festival playlist will work forever from now on. My bad
If further updates ever come, they will only consist of bug fixes
