there is no crack only game so the game does not launch. in the description you have written paste crack but there is no crack. What should i do?

i have tried but it still doesnt work. there is no crack, only three folders gta 3, gta sa, gta vc and in these folders there are 3 folders engine game interface and reditributables. Its the same with tekken 7 in the folder there is engine tekken game folder and tekken 7.exe. i have even downloaded the games again but it still doesnt work. when ever i run the exe file steam opens up and then it says failure no licenses.
