how to play: Instructions
1– The game requires a constant network connection.

4– Run OUTRIDERS-Win64-Shipping.exe Run as administrator.
5– If the error “Failed to initalize steam” occurs, run the Fix error Steam.url file,
a demo installation window will start. In this window, click “Cancel”, or simply
interrupt the download that has begun.
6– Play.
